Paddleboarding at Mission Bay

A stand up paddleboard (SUP) is a great option for people of all ages and experience levels. It requires no previous experience, and is a great way to get out on the water. 

Nothing offers the diversity of distraction like the coastline between Mission and Pacific Beaches, located less than six miles from Town and Country. Start with a low tide run on the hard-packed sand at the water’s edge soothed by the sound of the waves, or walk, run or bike along the 3-mile boardwalk, lined with funky surf shops, restaurants, bars and at the south Belmont Park.
